"Prior to starting my search for a property to buy outside of Charlotte, I asked for a number of recommendations for good agents. Ultimately, I chose to work with Danny King as I had prior interactions with him and liked him personally. The home-buying process could not have gone any better. Not only is Danny one of the nicest and most accommodating people I’ve met, he is extremely good at helping to locate the right fit. We found the right house on our first day out (I had had my eye on three that I really liked), but after we went into contract, Danny graciously took us out to the property over a dozen times (inside and outside normal business hours) to check and double check to make sure the house was in a condition we wanted.
